Standard Abstract
Integrity rarely fails instantly. In most governed systems, integrity gradually moves away from its approved
operational state through observable deviations that can be detected before a
complete integrity breach occurs.
Building upon the integrity states established by ISS, Integrity Deviation
Standard defines how departures from approved integrity conditions are
identified and governed.
IDS enables early detection, risk reduction, and proactive governance before
operational integrity is compromised.
Operational Space
IDS governs:- deviation detection
- deviation classification
- deviation severity
- deviation analysis
- deviation tracking
- deviation reporting
- deviation governance.
This governed space ensures that integrity deviations are consistently
identified and managed before they threaten operational integrity.
Why This Standard Exists
Governance requires the ability to recognize deterioration before failureoccurs.
Without a standardized deviation model, organizations cannot distinguish
between normal operational variation and the early signs of integrity
degradation.
IDS exists because Integrity Deviation represents the sixth governed space of
INTEGROS® — Integrity Governance Architecture, creating the governance layer
that separates operational integrity management from integrity breach
management.
Relationship to Other OOF® Architectures
IDS governs the integrity deviation layer and interoperates with:- GOA™
- OBIDENITY®
- ART™
- ORA™
- AGA™
- AIG®
- CLIA®
- MGIA™
- ASGA™
by providing a common governance framework for identifying and managing
integrity deviations consistently across multiple operational domains.
